Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  1.  When you have ordered and made payment for any item to Shooz Equestrian, you will receive an email to confirm your order.
  2. Should you wish to cancel your order, the following procedure and fees may apply.
  3. The customer must email the reason for cancellation to lor@shooz-equestrian.co.za the process will be handle via email/WhatsApp correspondence 

Change of order:

Orders can be changed to another product to the same value.  Should the value be more, the difference must be paid in.

Returning of Product:

If you are dissatisfied with Shooz Equestrian products would like to return the product, the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Please email a written explanation to state the reason why you would like to return the goods. Email to: lor@shooz-equestrian.co.za
  2. ⁠We reserve the right to add a 10% cancellation fee.
  3. ⁠Should the reason of return be a valid reason, a refund will only be made to you once the product/s have been returned to the premises of Shooz Equestrian after thorough inspection.
  4. Any damages to the products will result in an unsuccessful return process and a refund will not be given.

The cost to have the goods returned to Shooz Equestrian will be for the customer’s expense. Shooz Equestrian will not be liable for any courier costs, or any other costs incurred by yourself, to have the goods returned to Shooz Equestrian.
